a detailed understanding of emerging
delivery point options, and launched
an entry-level fulfilment proposition
during 2001. |

of Innovations, Steve was seconded as
acting MD in 1998. |

In 1999 led a major
business process improvement initiative
across the Home Shopping
business. |

An accountant by profession,
Steve spent three years in performance
improvement consultancy, prior to joining
GUS Home Shopping in April 1991, responsible
for service-led operational process improvement.
In May 1995, Steve took up the position
of Merchandise Planning Manager, rising
to Executive Director in October 1999,
responsible for commercial forecasting
and profitability planning processes. |
